Hey Joanna - thanks for adding your "100" list of 20 minute workouts.
i finally got around to compiling a list of stretching/yoga workouts that take 30 minutes. i learned a lot about my collection when doing this. some takeaways:
- certain discs have quite a few 30-min options
- it's easier to find a 20 or even a 40 minute yoga/stretch workout rather than a 30 minute one
- there's not a lot of athletic stretch workouts
some criteria i followed:
- i focused solely on stretching or yoga - no pilates or barre (i'll work on another list for that).
- avoided cobbling together workouts from different discs - tried to stick with 1 disc if i had to combine segments
- in very rare cases, i truncated a 40 min workout (freytag, for example)
- i stuck to just what was in my collection - your collection might have more 30 minute options
- i expected Kathy Smith to have more yoga practices that were shorter! instead, i realized Denise Austin has quite a few short yoga practices in her offerings.
