Les Mills and Nestle promotion
This post is mostly directed to those VFers outside the US...

Les Mills workouts - a bodyjam and a bodycombat- are included in selected boxes of Nestle's cereals (General Mills). I bought two boxes of the cereal just to get the DVDs. I found the two and they are honestly: awesome!!! too bad for the translation to Spanish which is not very good as I hate it when the words do not match up the lips. I know this promotion is being run in Latin America (where I am now) and for what I was able to find out, in some European countries: Italy, France, Netherlands. they're in English here - Middle East :-)
These come with Nestle Fitness cereal - the workouts are in VCD format, in English albeit Australian English ;-)
I got both workouts - BodyCombat and BodyJam. They are great add ons! I love the BodyCombat routine - 4 tracks in total so 4 different combos. I am not into Hip Hop so can't appreciate the BodyJam workout but I must say the music on this is great! Hope these turn up in your part of the world! Janice |

if anyone knows which General Mills cereal it is, please let me know! mercedes - in your case, what cereal brand/flavor did you have to buy to get the discs? edited to add: i sent an e-mail to les.

The accent in the Spanish version is a bit of a turn off though.....the instructors seem to be overly enthusiastic Argentinians - not that I have anything against Argentinians is just that they speak *differently* and use words we don't.
