Lauren Brooks Free Kettlebell Challenge
Lauren Brooks has a new free 21 Day Kettlebell Training Movement Challenge starting Monday October 30th. It's a 10 to 15 minute workout video daily. Each video will focus on 2 exercises "with a movement in opening mobility involved". Day one is already available now once you sign up.

Looks like as soon as you do one routine the next becomes available - I did #1 and can already see #2 and #3 unlocked.

I like that she's including more of this in her workouts. Her Gentle Warrior series sounds interesting.

I liked the first routine. I'm glad it's strength/mobility and not swings. Although I sometimes like swing variations (e.g., hand to hand), they are not my favorite thing, which is unfortunately b/c I love kettlebell work overall. In fact, I started using my KBs more recently when I gave myself permission NOT to do swings!
I didn't really like her warm-up. Some of it was fine, but she went into some fairly challenging yoga movements that I believe need a more complete warm-up in and of themselves - e.g., 3-legged dog with hip stretch, standing pigeon.
