Ballet beautiful swan arms, it’s a killer workout and only 13 minutes. She’s also got some great ones one her streaming site.
Also, pvolve is great if you’re not familiar you can try a free trial two week https://www.pvolve.com/ I love sleek techniques, try their sweaty Betty workouts on YouTube. Oh and Trudie Styler’s workouts with James D'Silva, I like yoga warrior, the ballet one and pure sculpt. I’m sure there are many others but these always make feel like I stand taller when I’m done. |

Essentrics has a couple "posture" workouts now on their streaming.
I swear....all those open chest swans and windmills have really gotten me standing taller.

Yes, thank you for starting this thread. This problem has been on my mind quite a bit lately. I have a few of the ones mentioned here and am thinking about adding more. I need to focus on doing these more consistently. All the hunching - desk work, as well as housework - is not good at all.
