Favorite workouts for "unhunching"?

I've been hunched over a computer (my laptop--not even on a desk!) for many hours the past few days. What are your favorite workouts for unkinking your neck/back/shoulders?

I like
  • Essentrics Muscle Release
  • the first half hour of Ageless Mobility (by Scott Sonnon)

Ballet beautiful swan arms, it’s a killer workout and only 13 minutes. She’s also got some great ones one her streaming site.

Also, pvolve is great if you’re not familiar you can try a free trial two week https://www.pvolve.com/

I love sleek techniques, try their sweaty Betty workouts on YouTube.

Oh and Trudie Styler’s workouts with James D'Silva, I like yoga warrior, the ballet one and pure sculpt.

I’m sure there are many others but these always make feel like I stand taller when I’m done.

Jeff Cavaliere just posted a video on his YouTube channel (AthleanX) 2 days ago on how to correct forward head posture. I'm having trouble posting the link with my tablet, but if you search AthleanX on YouTube, it's currently the most recent upload on the channel.

T-Tapp Broom

(well, any T-Tapp, really, and most Classical Stretch/Essentrics. Come to think of it, Jane Adams is really good with this, too)

Essentrics has a couple "posture" workouts now on their streaming.

I swear....all those open chest swans and windmills have really gotten me standing taller.

Yes, thank you for starting this thread. This problem has been on my mind quite a bit lately. I have a few of the ones mentioned here and am thinking about adding more. I need to focus on doing these more consistently. All the hunching - desk work, as well as housework - is not good at all.
