Favorite *free* kettlebell workouts? (Written or video)

Considering how expensive kettlebells themselves are (and how expensive many kettlebell workout DVDs are), I thought it would be helpful to compile some recommended sources for finding good free workouts.

Here are some that I've found, but I haven't actually tried these yet:
MBody Strength
Marianne's blog
LiveFit

What are other sources that you've found?

Which workouts have you tried and particularly enjoyed?

Thanks! I'm specifically looking for free workouts, though, and I've found that several of the links in the "Everything Kettlebells" thread no longer work.

At one point I found a free 100 kettlebell workout download but I've not really tried any of the workouts.

After doing a lot of the popular KB workouts I just started putting a workout together on my own. It's not hard at all. I kind of just pick from the following moves and just do as many as I want to my own music.

Swings, Cleans, high pulls, snatches, clean/press, squat/press, halo, lunges, squats, squat/kick, TGU, windmills, overhead squats

then add in some planks, mountain climbers and pushups.

Here are downloadable 30-minute and 20-minute audio workouts:

I added my own tunes to the 20-minute workout using Audacity.

I think Marianne posts here. She's very inspirational and her site has grown over time. I really appreciate and respect what she does. Yeah, she's was posted above.

Sarah Lurie's blog has lots of kbell workouts archived http://www.ironcorekettlebells.com/blog/.

ETA: Our own Debbie S posted pretty cool Zuzana inspired workouts on here http://forum.videofitness.com/showth...ght=kettlebell

Yes, you've already hit the best, but you could also check out Tracy Reifkind's blog: http://tracysfoodandthought.blogspot.com/

She posts her workouts though you sort of need to her understand her lingo (and I'm afraid I don't always). She is big on the swing and snatch combos -- not a lot of other moves.....

AOS's York 55 was first published as a free workout on the Women's Page at the AOS workout. I do it once a week.

Lorna Kleidman has a book (Body Sculpting with KBs) with exercises and workouts. There are 3 phases, 6 weeks each, 4 workouts per week. Really like her warmups which include stability work and dynamic movements.
