I think it's so important to share when I receive good customer service! I recently placed an order there on the recommendation of a few from the Cathe forums. I bought a Cathe workout which was $5 cheaper than at places like collagevideo, etc. After a few days I had noticed that the status of my order had not changed so I emailed to see what was up. I received a very friendly response, very personable and it turns out that it's not updated until there is delivery confirmation (I got it the next day!).

Not only are there good prices there, but the customer service is outstanding and I would recommend this site to any one else!

Hi Jill! I am glad that you had such a good experience with Advanced Workouts. Jen is great and her service is awesome. Also, you gotta love the free shipping over $20.

I wanted to add my happy experiences with Advancedworkouts.
I have had two orders sent internationally and they were trouble free, fast and the best part, free shipping with over $50 spent.

If I am looking for a new workout I will always check AW first before I order elsewhere. Excellent prices and fast shipping - and I know if I have a problem I will get it resolved without a hassle.

I love advancedworkouts too!!! I have bought all my Cathe stuff there - Cathe.com is usually always over the top in price and Jen always discounts hers. I have never been disapointed.

I just wanted to add that Jen is great to work with! Because the international trip can sometimes take a serious toll on packages I asked for my DVDs to be opened and padded and Jen was happy to help.

I would also like to say that AW is a rare business that gives an international customer a break on shipping and good prices too!
