Callanetics streaming - where to start?
I have done the 10/10 video many times but not consistently to get any type of results. I signed up for streaming but I'm overwhelmed where to start, even though there is a "starting out" category.
I haven't consistently worked out in about a year but my job is very physical. I have gotten very tight and inflexible.
Does anyone have insight on which schedule to start with?
