yep to both.
Teen Meta is pretty hard, don't let the teen name put you off. It's 3 30 min workouts meant to be done 6 days a week each workout for a month. It's been quite some time since I did it and I'd completed 2 years of meta/continuity so can't really say much about results.
I did hip centric through 2 years. got great results but after two years just couldn't see doing the length of the year 3 & 4 workouts. I'm back to hipcentric. results are not that impressive the second time around, of course I'm also about 10 years older.
