Thanks a ton Talie. I actually started some sort of table format, but never got around to finishing it. Thanks so much for this

Did iClimb 3 40 minute this morning and really love this program. As I remember it, the sequence is basically hill, sprints, long gradual hill followed by yet more hill and an increase in tempo. The music is great on this one as well.

After that I did iCycle 7 20 minute which was my first iCycle. I enjoyed it. Basically it seems like there were two hills and a couple of sections where you stand up. Music was good as well.

After doing these two programs my legs are going to be toast tomorrow.

Natalie, thank you for all of your hard work!

I just did phase 1 from iTread 4 this morning and really liked this workout. I thought the music was exceptional. I'm not sure how I did it, but I forgot phase 2 on the CD. So, I just created another CD that includes both workouts.

iSculpt Traditional Recommendations?

Anyone out there who's done a lot of these that has a general breakdown? I only have iSculpt Traditional 1, which I really like, but am wanting another one. I know they all have different areas of focus - some are heavy on the shoulders w/no tricep work, some really concentrate on biceps, etc. It sooo drives me nuts that iTrain doesn't provide breakdowns! LOL! If you've done an iSculpt Traditional and want to give me a vague idea of what the one you did entailed, I'd be forever grateful!

iSculpt Ballet 7

I have done this workout a few times and it is becoming a favorite. Since I did it this morning and it is fresh in my mind, I thought I would post a breakdown:

iSculpt Ballet 7 (50 minutes)

Barre (20:00)
Plié in first position with side bend
Plié in relevé, with pelvic tuck (ball between knees) / inner thigh squeeze
Plié in second position
Dévelopé to the side / Attitude combo, with tempo variations
Front battements
Side battements

Core (10:14)
Neck pull
Hanging leg lift
Slide lift pulse
Teaser
Criss cross

Floor (15:09)
Seated arabesque (pretzel with leg extended)
Seated attitude (pretzel)
Side lying leg lift, knees bent
Side lying circles, knees bent
Side lying leg lift, legs straight 45 degrees
Side lying little circles, legs straight 45 degrees
Seated inner thigh lift
Glute lifts (pelvic tuck) with feet in first position

Stretch (4:15)
Double pigeon
Butterfly
Forward bend

Some impressions:
This workout really gets into the hips from every angles with various dynamic, large movements (standing) and more concentrated, isometric work (floor). The side dévelopé / attitude combo is quite challenging and effective; it requires a lot of control.
Grace uses a body bar for the core work, placing it on the ankles to hold the legs during neck pull and holding it overhead for the hanging leg lifts. That feels very unconfortable for me so I don't use it.
The seated arabesque is reminescent of a move from Callanetics - tough! (it actually makes the pretzel seems easy...)

Thanks, Fuzzie! Do you use the pdf file with your workouts? My knowledge of ballet is almost nil, so I've been hesitant to download any of the ballet workouts. TIA

Debbie - Yes, I find the pdf files are useful since they provide a picture and a written description of the moves. I have fairly extensive ballet background (about 15 years) but I don't think it is necessary in order to enjoy these workouts. Grace does a good job of describing the moves in lay terms (e.g., brush the floor, sweep your leg forward, etc.).

However, I have noticed that some of the picture used in the pdf file do not exactly match the moves described in the audio file. In iBallet 7, for instance, the plie in first positioned are described as a basic plie with heels on the floor whereas the picture shows them performed in releve (i.e., heels off the floor).

I think iBallet1 would be a good one to start with since the barre work consists mostly of plie variations and attitude - all explained very clearly. Warning: The floor work is a killer!
