? for Kelly Coffey Meyer fans

Kelly does a move in some of her workouts where she does a wide leg squat holding weights and sets the weights down on the floor then stands up, squats again and picks up one weight, stands and then squats to pick up the other weight and then repeats the cycle. I know she does this in Complete Cardio Sculpting, but does anyone know what other workouts she does this move in? Thanks!

I’ve seen her do variations of this so now I’ll have to pay more attention to which dvds have this specific move.

They are called "snatches" and are a kettlebell move. She does them in the RAW workout I did yesterday, Box and Burn 5. TBH, not my favorite. Unless you have a very heavy weight/kettlebell, I feel like they don't do much. Just my opinion.

I always thought snatches involved bring the weight from the ground up over your head.

Oh, sorry, I had somehow imagined seeing in your post that the pickup from the floor would go over the head...hmmm...now I'm curious what the right answer is. Maybe it's just a deep squat, and she added the weight to ensure depth? I'm guessing she does the move in Your Best Body too, if memory serves. But I recall her doing it with a cloth instead of a weight.
