*MASSIVE*FIRM ultimate compendium - 340 pages of FIRM workout breakdowns & rotations!
Whoa, this is very impressive. A FIRM forum member Vanessa put together a 340 page document she calls "the FIRM Believer's Ultimate Compendium" that details all of the FIRM workouts along with their release dates, workout breakdowns, categories and so on.
Then she put together all the FIRM rotations that have been developed over the past 10 years and put them into this document as well. It's unbelievable that anyone would be this committed, it's a TON of work. I'm so impressed. Forget the masters thesis, this thing is amazing. Granted, she did print it in a 14-point font but still, it's a lot of data.
