Interesting article about back pain treatment
Thought this, from Dr. Loren Fishman of the Yoga for Osteporosis study, might be very helpful to some of us!

nice article!
there are a couple of ways you can do the link. The one I use is to highlight the link text, like "here" or "Back pain", then click on the globe with the link button above the reply window. You'll then be prompted to input the URL for the article. HTH!

Good, practical advice.
I have a degenerated disc in my lower back, my dad has had three back surgeries over 20 years for herniated and ruptured discs, and DH did something serious to his back over the weekend (hoping it's muscular and not skeletal/spinal). Any medical news/articles about back pain and treatment are of interest to me!
