Paid subscription not working??

Hi all,
I don't know if this will even do any good to complain or comment, but I just renewed my subscription last month and now it's expired already.

What gives? Just another sign the site is broken? I paid for 6 months. So weird. Where is Wendy?

Yes, I resubscribed in early October, and mine wasn't reactivated either. I also lost my avatar. This is edited to say I reached out through email and private message and haven't heard back.

Kate, let us know if Wendy fixes your subscription. My renewal will be coming up soon but I'm not going to renew if Wendy is no longer responding to anyone.

The customer service here reminds me of that of Margaret Richard's.

I subscribed last week for a year and it didn't immediately reactivate. I emailed Wendy the other day concerning my VF subscription, and it took about a day for it to get resolved. Maybe she is checking more often now?
