Has this been approved or is it just what USPS is requesting?

All I know is that I was in the post office this morning and that’s what the clerk told the lady in front of me. When it was my turn, I said to the clerk, “Did I hear you say stamps are going up to .73 on June 9th?” She said, “Yes - it’s a pretty big jump in price.” And then I bought some manatee stamps and left.

Great. I was actually going to start a thread about how BAD the USPS has been lately. I send things that don't get there (or, take forever).

And, I don't receive important pieces of mail.

I agree! The mail is incredibly slow and often doesn’t show up at all. I get excited if I send something to someone and it actually arrives within a week’s time. (And that doesn’t happen often.)

Agreed on the bad mail system lately! I sent something priority and it took 4 weeks to get there. LOL! Then last week a friend of mine sent me a package and it went from Illinois to St. Louis (about 3 hrs from me) back to Illinois, back to St Louis and then back to Illinois and then back to St. Louis.....

I don't know that buying more now prevents the sticker-shock-open-mouth gasp when I have to eventually buy more later though 😳😞
