Teva sandals alternatives
I love Teva Ventura wedge sandals but they stopping making them. The Cabrillo Universal doesn't compare. Can anyone recommend another brand that is like the Teva Ventura wedge? I can put them on and walk all day and my feet don't hurt, they look slightly dressy and my jeans don't drag on the ground.

I'm not familiar with the Ventura, but have you looked at Merrell sandals? They have a variety of sporty or somewhat dressier-casual looks, including some heels. My only reservation about them is that Merrell sandals don't come in half sizes.

I'm sorry they stopped making them; that's a real bummer.
 No specific suggestions since style/size/comfort are so individual; but the brands I like are Clark, Born, Keen, Dansko, Merrell, Sofft, Naot, Ecco...

I really like Naot...but they are pricey. Other brands I like are Orthaheel and Chaco, Chacos are more casual though, Orthaheels are casual too but they are making styles that are a little more dressy.
I have heard good things about Clarks too, I bought a pair last summer and they were really comfy, like walking on pillows! But I had to send them back because they didn't offer quite enough arch support for me. Too bad.... |
