Rave Body bugg!!!

I bought my BodyBugg on January 11, 2010. Today I went to connect it to the computer using the USB cable that came with the unit - it would not download. I tried another laptop - no luck.

I called BodyBugg customer service and talked to the nicest customer service representative ever. He ran through some tests with me, diagnosed the bad cable, promised to send me a new one and added two months to my service contract - for my troubles!

Incredible customer service. I couldn't be more pleased.

Suze - thank you for reminding me. I have been have issues getting mine to run on my Mac. I called the CS center and they helped get set up right away. I'm thrilled - no more downloading on the kid's PC!
