The challenges I have completed are all ones by Lauren Brooks: the swing, the squat and the push pull swing challenge. They are fun but I always add more rest days so they last longer than the intended time period for me to complete.
I have done my own version of Cathe's rock bottoms rotation. Definitely will do again.
I work through DVD sets and modify the rotations that accompany them.
My hat goes off to you to doing a 90 day rotation!! WAHOO!!
I can't do any of the challenges or rotations that last past 30 days.
