On the second episode of the new hulu show
How I Met Your Father (a sequel to
How I Met Your Mother), the two main female characters are shown doing part of Jane Fonda's original Workout video. They even show part of it on their TV screen. The ladies are doing the leg lift section and even stick with it long enough to change sides, but then they IMMEDIATELY STOP before they've even done an equal number of reps on the second side, and turn the video completely off. As familiar as I am with that workout, I know it 100% does not end with leg lifts, unless they just do a few minutes of it a day and end it, but based on how sweaty they are, I'd say they're supposed to have done everything leading up to that section! And this is the workout with the notoriously difficult slow plow pose as its cooldown.
Someone should hire me as a consultant.
