I ordered a zafu and yoga bolsters from YogaOutlet.com. They said they would price match within 24 hours of placing the order if you find it for less money. I placed my order. Immediately I told them about the price difference. They refused to price match the place where they purchased the items from.

I could of ordered it less expensive direct from the manufacture.

I wanted the free shipping from yogaoutlet.com that came from my combined order. They ended up refusing to refund the difference, even though its their policy.

Be Very Careful if you purchase from them.

Their policy does say that won't match any price different from manufacturers. It has to be an online retail store.

Right, that would be the manufacturer, and that's not eligible for the price match. I can understand that because a manufacturer could always undercut by more than a retailer -- even though I think it's dirty for any manufacturer to do that to their resellers.
