there must be a vidiot living near me

I went to my favorite thrift store yesterday, and they had over 30 exercise dvds. Usually they have about three! There were the usual, some Beachbody, but there were also Hollywood Trainer and Jari Love and a few other lesser known instructors. I was really surprised to see so many there.

The only thing I bought was a Leslie dvd of 10 minute mix and match walks. I think that is the title. Inside the case it also came with another dvd inside a small cardboard sleeve that had more short walks on it. I haven't kept up on Leslie workouts, but I had never seen this before.

Totally sounds like something a vidiot would do to keep her short add on walks together!

I miss the days when I found gems in the thrift stores.

Hope that turns out to be a treasure for you!

Thank you <3 I may use it as a warmup for strength days.

There was also disc 2 from "21 day fix" tucked in the case! I will preview it later.

The store I found them in is called "Second Avenue." It is a chain in my area. I don't often find dvds there, but I have bought a ton of clothing and household items there. I am trying to cut back now since I don't need anything else. I have also found several whole food plant based cookbooks for cheap. I love reading through cookbooks and trying new recipes.

Sherry which Second Avenue store? I went to one in NJ with my mom over the summer - I think it was Deptford (near the Airport Circle). They are actually owned by the same parent company as Savers. If you have been to the latter, you can tell that the stores look very similar due to their layouts and the way they hang their pants.

We have Savers her in the Rochester area - and there's a 30% discount for over 55 on Tuesdays! They do have a great selection of housewares and clothing too, although unfortunately no changing rooms (the Second Avenue store I went to in NJ did have fitting rooms).
