Maggie Binkley, 15-Minute Workouts
Is anyone using Maggie Binkley's 15-Minute Workouts? If so, what do you think?
I stumbled across her on Amazon Prime and then went looking for more information, finding her website and YouTube Channel.
I'm currently dealing with right foot metatarsal and left hip issues. Her 15-minute yoga workouts drew me in. I can do 15 minutes. I can adapt when needed. I haven't tried her workouts, other than yoga.
Due to the foot issue, I've had to limit my walking outside, and it's making me cranky. Yoga is usually a way to pull me back into moving my body.
The few yoga routines I've done on Amazon Prime have an echo, but I'm thinking her newer videos probably have better audio.
I love a 15-minute workout. I often find that once I start moving, I want more, and will do more. This weekend I plan to try the non-yoga workouts.
I'm curious if anyone else has been using her videos and if so, what your thoughts are. Thanks!
