I've been doing T-Tapp a couple of times a week on good weeks and then also high intensity interval training with the jump rope 1-2x per week. T-Tapp has a bit of a dread factor but I will continue to schedule it in because I find it beneficial.
I think I can add something at this point 1-2 days per week. I'm looking again at Margaret Richard since I have a big collection of her stuff. Does anyone do traditional strength training and T-Tapp? If so, what have been your results?
I also have most of Anna Benson's non-Firm workouts. I think what I want to know is, does anyone mix T-Tapp in with other strength workouts?
