I remember Tracey Anderson saying something awhile back about saddlebags. When you are facing a mirror, reach behind and lift up your butt cheeks. If it looks like your saddlebags disappear, the problem isn't saddlebags. You just need to do exercises to raise your butt. This was certainly true for me. When I started doing Xtrain my butt really lifted and I didn't have the appearance of saddlebags. Same happened when I was doing Kettlebell Kickboxing, extensive lower body work, and Tracie Long workouts. Just something to think about.
