I am very frustrated with Barnes & Noble. They have estimates of how long things will take to arrive on their website and I live in DC so some items are marked "Faster Delivery" and they are to arrive the nest day. But I ordered two DVDs on Tuesday and they were just MAILED today. Has anyone had any experience with them? I tried calling but their customer service had me on hold forever and I gave up.

I've ordered from them a lot and never had any problems, but then I never pay any attention to when something is supposed to be delivered. The last order I placed was on June 17th - I don't have the items yet, but I'm not in any rush, so I usually don't get concerned unless it seems like it's been so long that my stuff might be lost.

What I hate about BN is if you pre-order something too early they'll cancel your order. I think it was after 2 months, they will send you an email saying they cancelled it because it's not coming in, but on the website it's still available as a pre-sale.
