Sorry I haven't been active here for a few years. I haven't been active period, but now I'm looking to get back in shape.
I saw this on Amazon.ca and it says it's an Amazon exclusive, to be released on October 20. The cover lists these workouts: The Easy Beat Mile The Brisk Beat Mile The Super Beat Mile Does anyone know if this is a compilation of previous workouts?
