Resurrected rotation: Laura P. Firm Thigh blaster rotation

http://web.archive.org/web/200105080...ML/000017.html This is designed to be an intense rotation that focuses on the lower body. There's a lot of repetition in it--Vols 1 and 2 come up a lot because I consider them to have the best floor toning sections for legs. SL comes up twice a week, generally paired with a less-intense cardio tape like FB or TCM. There's also at least one floor toning tape a week--either SBHT or LBS, and there's plenty of cardio. Because it's so intense and there's so much repetition, I designed it to be a four-week rotation only, for fairly advanced exercisers who still have some stubborn lower body fat that simply will not go away (i.e., me).
