I have hiccups throughout both routines, so I think that frustration made me not enjoy the workouts as much as I normally would. The active recovery routine was definitely a little more intense than I expected.

Active Recovery & Total Body Stretch!

I tried to post thoughts on both of these workouts and (after a long post) got the internal server error.

My first time with Active Recovery, I didn't care for it. The next time I did it, I saw improvement with my ability and speed. While it's not my preferred style of "recovery" with (bootcamp) body weight exercises, I can see why some might enjoy this one.

On the other hand, I very much enjoyed the Total Body Stretch! Cathe was great and it felt wonderful, after the Total Body Strength workouts! Great for when those muscles need a good stretch that's time efficient. Very calm and relaxing, too!

I love Total Body Stretch for following the weight workouts. For me, it's perfect.
