Chris Freytag has some lightweight walking videos: 2-Week Turnaround Cardio, and the Exercise TV compilation Walking Cardio Shape Up Max (with two 40m workouts) I also love Anni's Jump Force, but you don't have to jump and can keep it all low impact.
