Cathe's Strenght Gloves- Size Help

Does anyone has these and can tell me how they run. I am debating between M and L. I wear 7.5 in regular gloves. Anyone? TIA

When I ordered Cathe's weighted gloves I ordered a Large even though I wear Medium most of the time, and it worked fine. In the link you provided, it does say to order up a size, so I would order a Large if you normally wear Medium.

Thank you. I also have the Cathe's weighted gloves in L and they fit right. The strenght gloves are different though.

Anyone who has the Cathe Strenght Gloves can comment on the fit? TIA
