I like the Walk Strong Build Balance & Inner Strength DVD and the Walk On 21 Day Weight Loss Plan. I also like her new 4 Mile Power Walk and Get Strong DVDs. I’m not a big fan of the 5 Mix & Match Miles.

Her new ones: 4 Mile Power Walk and Get Strong
6 Mile Mix
The 8 Week system she came out with a couple of years ago. I also like the 6 Week system, but it's a little too easy for me now.

What's great about Jessica is she takes all her DVDs and makes master rotations that incorporate all of them, so that's a fun way to get use out of all of her releases, even years later.

Walk On Strength and Balance has two great 30 minute workouts - one has strength intervals and the other is barefoot fusion with music I love - both are shot in front of a dock with boats, and boats going by in the background.

I only have the two strength DVDs from Walk Strong 3 but they are both great and pretty fun - one includes a 15 minute stretch with really beautiful music and is shot poolside.

I recently ordered Walk Strong Boost Metabolism and Muscle because I like the strength interval workout on Strength and Balance so much.
