Hi everyone,

She posted the same or similar message on her YouTube channel as well as a 60-minute calisthenics workout!!

I’ve just been waiting for her to have web based access so I’m going to jump on soon! I just finished an Epic 3 rotation for the second or third time and have repeated Epic Heat, Epic Endgame, and Iron several times too. I’m looking forward to her new (to me) app content!
