Leslie's Walk Slim question...

Of the two 4 miles workouts, which one do you like more? Which is more fun and sweaty? Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles or Walk Slim Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles? I have not been able to find a preview!

This is easy for me - 4 Really Big Miles is one of my favorite Leslie workouts. I like the cast and music better than 4 Fast Miles and I like that Mary Kay leads most of mile 2. I also don’t care for the way the walkers are all crammed together in 4 Fast Miles - not sure what that’s all about. If you are getting just one - my vote goes to 4 Really Big Miles - hands down.

Gams, I just wanted to report back that I found a copy of 4 Really Big Miles!

I can't wait to try it out! I also wanted to thank you for recommending Get Moving by Madeleine Lewis, I found a copy a while back and really enjoyed it!

My favorite of the two by far is 4 Fast Miles! The workout speeds by and the goofy James Brown bit near the end always makes me smile. No boosters - just all fast walking and jogging.

Thanks!! The other one is on its way to me, and I can't wait to try it! But, I might consider 4FM if I find a well priced copy, her workout are not easy to find at a reasonable price these days, or if they are cheap, the shipping kill it for me.

Have you tried Thriftbooks? Prices are cheap and shipping is free with a low minimum purchase.

Yes, I have buy from them several times. Shipping is not free to Canada, but it is very reasonable. I have had a few orders marked as very good, but were in poor condition, but for the most part it has been good, I get a better deal when ordering multiples, than just one.
