Ballet Beautiful! ugh! I was doing the streaming workouts, made my own rotation, and not seeing good results.
My upper body was losing definition, so I went back to Ballet Body for upper body. It's only been 2 weeks, but am already getting shoulder and tricep definition. Anyway, I was starting to feel flabby and my butt has lost it's roundess and is starting to droop.
Has this happened to anyone else doing Ballet Beautiful?
