Core Secrets Has anyone tried this program

One late night while feeding my infant and channel surfing I came across an infomercial for Core Secrets, a stability ball program, has anyone used this progam. I would appreciate any feedback either positive or negative. Thanks

A new mom trying to get off those baby pounds !!!

I am new to working on the fitness ball and thought this would be a challenging workout but I have done it twice this week and really like it. Working on the ball is alot easier than getting on the floor for ab work. I would recommend this to you. I did look at the workouts at college video and also the price of the ball before ordering this, but for the price it's a good deal. Since I am a beginner to the ball I haven't done the advanced workout yet but I am doing that tomorrow. With a new baby the 25 minute workout is good for those time stressed days. I have a grandbaby I keep
just about 24 hours a day so I know how hard it is to get workouts in sometimes but this one was good and the instruction was really good to.
