I really, really don't want to get in to "diet" talk. It can get more heated than religion or politics! I mean, who wants to listen to my rant about how skipping breakfast is The Worst Idea in the History of the World? Nobody!

No diet or “nutrition” talk, please no no no. I will add another “really” to the “really, really don’t want diet talk” to VVFer's post. I also agree with JackieB that the discussions can get WAY too controversial and I sure don’t want to put any more burden on the generous people who are busy enough trying to keep VF alive and kicking!
JMHO, of course.

I think talking about diet can be very controversial.
I'm studying a Nutrition course. The first day our teacher told me: "Take everything that you're going to learn in the course with a grain of salt. The are no two nutrition experts that agree in everything". |

I don't mind if someone asks for recommendations for a certain product or favorite snack for before, during or after a workout. But no, I really wouldn't want to open the floodgates on all out diet discussions.
