Whole new series coming from Leandro (BBL)
During the chat today, Leandro Carvalho announced that he's filming a whole new series--Basically, it's a Brazil Butt Lift 2.
It will include 8 workouts: Bum Bum 2 Higher and Tighter Tummy Tuck 2 Sculpt 2 Cardio Dance (faster than Axe) Sexy Arms Amazonian Rhythms Ipanema Yoga & Stretch The first 4 titles I listed are supposed to be a notch up from their BBL counterparts, but the last 4 are will have a different approach. He will be filming the week before Labor Day. Based on that, an Xmas or early 2011 release? Also, the 2 workouts he filmed already (last week or so) are 20 minute workouts focusing on the legs, abs & glutes. For the leg work, he said he works one leg at a time so it's more intense. (No other details on the glute or ab work.) I'm guessing these 20 min. workouts will be like Shaun T's Fast & Furious: add ons for future buyers of BBL & exclusive to orders placed w/ Coaches & TeamBeachbody. They are supposed to come out in the next couple of weeks per Leandro. I think previous buyers of workout programs should have access to all new workouts & I'll be passing that opinion along to BB Coach Relations & Carl Daikeler. Joan (JP44) |
