Hello everyone!
Saturday's workouts:
- Cardio Step with Christina Dorner on YT. I don't know why I started with an advanced workout (rolls eyes) but I got into it by the end!
- Bodyline Pilates with ball (YT)
- MFML Shake It Up! ((only 6 minutes)
I took a day off yesterday. On Saturday, DH installed some shelves in a bedroom closet and that started a whole cascade of moving things around, sorting out clothes, linens and so on. I spent most of Saturday and all day yesterday on my feet and was too tired to care about doing any exercise at all, even stretching! I did end up with a few bags for either the charity shop or the tip, so I felt I'd achieved something at least.
Pat - Hope you had a wonderful family reunion at the beach and the weather stayed nice for you. I'm really getting into ACG&S and just ordered seasons 3 and 4.
I always think the original series is going to be the best but this version is equally as good.
Pam - I agree, Pilates isn't a barrel of laughs but can be helpful. Hope your back is feeling better.
Summer Breeze - I'm happy to hear you're able to get for daily walks and the temperatures are warming up. I miss our daily walks.
Donna - How nice to spend some quality time with your DD. Hope she is doing well.
