I swish mine in the sink with some facial cleanser or shampoo, and then I let them air dry.

Beth, me too! I know I should clean them more often. They say once a week, but I do once every four months lol.
I use Dawn dish soap, and I wipe them over a plastic brush scrubber. I also try to dry them at an angle, using a towel rolled up on one side. https://a.co/d/8MM7pTn

RE neutral eyeshadows, I should have mentioned this one by LA Colors:
https://www.amazon.com/L-Colors-Eyes...dp/B01FIL1WK2/ I don't have it, but I do have the same palette in the blues ("Shady Lady") - it's really nice, and the colors are highly saturated. In fact, now that I think about it, I might get the brown one for myself. I also picked up this ELF mascara while grocery shopping, and I love it! https://www.amazon.com/l-f-Mascara-S.../dp/B0BT1PMM5J It has a great, gloopy-free wand. It's very lengthening and separating, although not as much volumizing if that's what you need (but works well using a primer first). Definitely makes a great everyday mascara.
