Thank you! I don't want to be a whiner and I totally appreciate the free content, it is just disappointing. Makes me appreciate my dvds.
I'm recovering from a horrible muscle strain in my lower back and today was feeling up to trying out a weighted workout. Because of my injury I need to avoid any hinging/bending over and the 20 min arm workout I planned to use was perfect for my needs - all standing (could be performed seated) or lying on the back. Alas, it's gone! Oh well. I found another workout to do.
I'll be on the hunt for other straightforward lifting channels.

It is frustrating that she took down some content. I mostly use Cee’s 20 minute workouts, but was looking for the advanced series she posted a while back. I was hoping to do more legs. Anyway, I was glad to see today’s new workout contained lunges. She has only done squat variations in this 20 minute series. Also, I have started to add kettlebell swings during the rest period to get my heart rate up.

That sucks! I'm sorry that happened. I have been downloading YouTube videos that I don't want to lose or miss out on. Eventually I hope to burn them to DVD but at least now I have them somewhere. Would that be an option for you?

I've been wondering what happened to my favorites! I, too, am disappointed with the changes. And I don't understand why she thinks more content = confusion.

That's a good idea. I downloaded some things years ago but don't recall the software I used. My current laptop doesn't have a drive so I'd need to save the videos elsewhere.

This is what I do too. Have quite a few series made into playable DVDs and the rest as MP4 videos waiting in the wings. Have had things online go missing before and quite miffed when they were no longer available. Get them whilst you can!

I agree. Especially since everything was/is organized into playlists/plans that are well laid out. Additionally, when folks were asking for new content a while back, she encouraged us to work through her existing plans as there were quite a few.

So, I was working through the Beginner's program because of my elbow injury back in October and then went on one day and it was gone (hidden). I did reach out to Cee on IG and she said that she did hide them and that I should probably reach out to her from now on via Youtube because she has grown a lot and it was too hard to keep up with the messages and also that if I had questions and posted them on Youtube, others could see the answers too.

Well...the whole thing kinda irked me so I came back here asking about similar sorts of workouts and got some good recommendations. I actually did a Caroline Girvan workout today and had intended on doing the IRON series but OMG...I got soooo nauseous halfway through that I could barely finish and now, 6 hours later, I still feel like crap.

Now, I have decided that Caroline might be a little much for me (or I was not properly fueled, not sure) and that maybe I should give the Cee 20 minute stuff a try. Ugh....

Me too. Due to my preference of working large muscles more than the smaller ones and the format of her newer workouts I unsubscribed. She's trying to find her niche, I get that, we just went in different directions.
