That makes sense, Rocco. So I guess I like systems, not just a bunch of new workouts. I know she included rotations, but her rotations are beyond me at this point. The workouts are too long and too hard and the premixes don't really help me with that. Cathe, we're breaking up, but it's no you, it's me LOL.

I'm a graduate of P90X, STS, and at least 5 FIRM 90 Day rotations! Currently doing the FIRM 90DR again using FIRM old & new and Tracie Long. Sorry Cathe, you just don't fit in!
