Don't be shocked. It is definitely not easy. Some of the DVDs really challange me. I love xtrain. Everything. And I think that the set is so professional in all aspects. Well done, Cathe AND crew!

I'm sure not. If she's talking mid- to late summer release (July/August?), there probably won't be clips until a few weeks before shipping. That was the case with XTrain. Those clips were released mid-December and shipping started right before the New Year.

XTrain is still mostly virginal - no WAY I can justify this one!

From Cathe's site, about when the workouts will be ready:

It's still too early to say for sure, but to play it safe our best guess at this point is anywhere from mid to late summer 2013. This is only an estimate and will be defined further as the project progresses.

I went ahead & ordered. I had stopped doing Cathe for quite some time. Then I preordered Xtrain & am loving it. That made me go back & order some of the LIS workouts. Now I regret not getting in on that preorder. I went ahead & added Crossfire & To The Max today as well.

I'm not totally convinced Cathe will be putting out anything really new or innovative with this new set, but my regret for not preordering LIS & my love for Xtrain made me cave on this latest one. Oh how I wish Chalene would be doing the music for these!! Why oh why can't Cathe have better music???

The only reason I may wait is I workout in my garage and in the summer it is SO difficult to workout in the heat and humidity that I'm thinking of joining the gym. Right now it would cost me $57.00 a month no contract, no commitment and I can cancel anytime before the 25th of any month with no fees. So if I join now while the deal is on I can exercise all summer in the air conditioning, slowly buy the "new" workouts I want and be all set for working out in the garage in the fall. I did workout all summer in my garage last summer but I remember really struggling some days b/c 80 to 90 degree weather plus humidity just sucked the life right out of me.

I am loving XTrain so will probably get these the last day of the pre-sale as I would like the free shipping and 'greatest hits' workout. I really liked the last couple of releases. I like step and I like Hiit type workouts. I find her impact controllable and I am getting really good at modifications as needed.

Cathe's sets are always confusing to me. I like systems to be more organized like the FIRM BSS workouts - one strength, one cardio/strength, one strength/cardio. Plus shorter workouts that target each muscle group like the Jiggle Free workouts. Pus one short cardio workout.

I regret preordering X-Train. They all seem like good workouts but they don't fit the type of regimen I normally do. The music is OK but none of it really grabs me. I'm thinking of putting it on eBay. I think I'm done with Cathe.

I think I read somewhere that these new releases are not meant to be a 'system' or a 'program'. They are just 7 new workouts.
