I had the kale salad the other night at my book group meeting. I was starving and in need of greens. I think it is salty because of the dressing (most of their dressings are salty except for the ones on the secret menu) and the parmesan crisps. I actually really like the crisps but they are salty. You could just not eat them.

I never eat the Panera (or any) dressings. I ask for olive oil - some still have it - or I use the Panera olive oil packets hoarded in my purse. 😉
