Do you also want to know exactly which Photoshop effects were used? 'Cause I think that might have at least as much effect on the ultimate "look" as diet and exercise do.

I'm still getting this workout, even though I'll never look like the cover model. My diet is always the problem.

I had time to try out two sections yesterday. I did the first two, Energy Flow and ....Cardio something, I can't recall. The second section did indeed have a LOT of mountain climbers (Elizabeth calls them "puppies"). However, it also had some cool sculpting moves, done while in warrior one or two stances.

The first section felt rather like a long warm-up, mostly stretches and yoga poses and some punching done in horse stance.

I like that the instructors are actually cuing live in this DVD. The joking and camaraderie feel less strained than when they did voiceovers.
