Does anyone know if the power program dvd is actually a workout or just an istructional dvd ???

I spoke to Tracey on the phone. She was very helpful & interesting to talk to. I ordered the Workout 1 since she assured me that the instruction section is vital & is separate, & that it has a whole workout that is not easier than the others, just diffferent. Since it is going by "personal import" (friend of a friend), I won't have it for a while, but I'll report here when I get it. Actually I had the best intentions of waiting for reviews but Tracey plus the chance to save on shipping swayed me.

She did say that the production was plain compared to LB, BM etc. - from what I understood, the set & clothes are less attractive but the exercises are advanced & the instruction is good.

I'm waiting for my DVDs too. Tracey told me that the techniques learned on the new callanetics dvd can be applied to the original callanetics dvds to make them more effective.

Just want to make sure ---- the prices she shows on her website are in Australian dollars right? So it would be cheaper in our $$$. (it was cheaper when I did the exchange)

Chicometrics is coming out with a new workout in December but I haven't received a email telling me it was ready to order. You can pre-order online but I'm not doing that.

I really would to get these workouts if they turn out great. I could care less about the background or what clothes they are wearing. Though it would be nice to see some of the moves with fitting clothes.
