The Kettlebell Cafe cards. The set has a good amount of workouts; several levels of difficulty; and lots of variety within each level. I stick with Level 1 or 2 and like that I can get in a quick kb circuit either in the morning, at the office, or in the evening. They've become my "go to" workout.
