well I'm finally back!

I ended up ordering oofos, from their website. The smell was pretty bad (glad I had a heads up on that) so they sat in our garage for several days. I will keep them but I get (was it vintage vfs comment) that they could aggravate knee pain. They seem to work for my purpose - which is just around the house which is built on a concrete slab so the cushioning is nice. I cannot imagine wearing them around or walking any type of distance in them.
And since this is VF, here's what seems to have helped my knee the most - the Dara Torres resistance stretching dvd workout. yep, a video that I've had for years, sitting there, me ignoring it because the instructional video is so freakin' boring. Finally worked through it and using the 20 min actual workout around 3 days a week seems to be what's helped my knee pain. I've added back cardio but only low impact.
