Laura, I know what you mean. I dislike books that do not have much dialogue and are mainly narrative.

Thanks difit! I actually just started a Lisa Scottoline book today, Accused. Most of her books I have read have been in the Rosato & Associates series, but the new one sounds interesting.

Still reading The Way of Kings. I'm enjoying it more than I'd thought I might.
The author is a good writer but I wasn't sure I'd be in the mood for sword and sorcery anything, but so far so good. The biosphere he creates seems quite bizarre. Wonder if that's ever explained? Also, bought myself a copy of Dan Simmon's Hyperion. The library doesn't have it and I didn't want to keep hunting for it.
