Just trying to help out here...

Here are some acronyms defined:

BSS1, BSS2, BSS3 - Body Sculpting System 1,2, and 3, from the Firm
PUB, PLB - Pyramid Upper Body and Pyramid Lower Body, by Cathe
C & W - Cardio and Weights - Cathe
PS - Pure Strength Series from Cathe
PH - Power Hour from Cathe
LSD - Long, Slow and Deep by Bryan Kest

I'll add more as I think of them.

In the real world ETA usually means "estimated time of arrival," but at VF it seems to have morphed into "edited to add."
