Did you check the box under your name saying that you accept the service agreement?

ETA: I'm having trouble too. I got to the point above, it says that my user name is available, I check to agree to the service agreement, but then when I hit the button to register, nothing happens.

If there’s any spaces between words, it won’t initially accept your name. Since you have a member name now, you can easily change it to have two words. I don’t know why they set it up that way Here’s how to get the name you want


Step 1. Go to Profile tab/setting at top of your page.

Step 2. Click on the Edit Profile button on the right side of the box. It’s next to the Send Message button.

Step 3. Hit the Personal tab. That will display your current name. You can then add/delete as you wish.

Step 4. Hit the Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Not sure what went wrong if you only used a one word name.

Yes, it's still not working for some reason. I tried BethC as my username and Toaster as my forum name, then I tried it with both being BethC.
When I hit the "Continue" button in the last window, the tab at the top of the page spins as if it is refreshing but then nothing happens.

I'm doing this from a laptop - I wonder if my phone might work?

We could always use the wayback machine to capture history, but I agree it won't be the same. But I appreciate your effort, Karla! I'll join. I keep thinking that one day I won't be able to log in here anymore and it'll just be gone.

For those having trouble - there are two boxes to check off - the privacy policy and a user agreement (does anyone read those?)

I hate for VF to go away but this board looks and feels similar!
