I ordered it a week or so ago. I haven't received it, and I haven't received an email that it shipped. As soon as I have it, I will post my thoughts on the workout. I love CF BootCamp and Yoga Flow (actually I love all of the CF DVDs, but I do have faovrites). Can't wait to get it and try it out!

I have taken all of their classes (a lot) and the Cardio ones are killer. A sweatfest. I find the live classes much more difficult than the dvds (which I do love as well). Lots of mountain climbers, light weights-high reps and good stretching.

Gosh, you ladies always reel me in! I had this on pre-order at Amazon, but saw where kitty12 received a shipping notice and ran off to order at Acacia. *sigh* However, I think I need this NOW because the cardio will complement my recent Zumba love fest.
